Another confession—while I eat a lot more vegetables now, I’m still a plain, picky eater. So, many of the tips listed in 20 Ways to Sneak More Veggies into Your Snacks won’t work for me. But that’s okay—I take what I can use and leave the rest. Awareness is the first step. Gut health determines our overall health and vegetables play a huge part. Remember, though, no matter how healthy a vegetable or food might be, if your body signals distress, whether it’s bloat, a rash, fatigue, etc. do not ignore it.
